If you have not been aware of the details of the next chapter in the NFS franchise, CVG has a preview pointing out the more pertinent details. In addition to the new features in this chapter is the game's handling by a new dev, but one familiar to owner's of the PS3 or XBox 360. EA handed the reigns of the series over to Criterion, developers of the Burnout series. Graphics appear similar to the car renderings in Burnout Paradise. Standard single-player career modes are provided as well as cops versus racers multi-player modes. The MP modes provide "weapons", basically perks that can be earned and released in order to foil your opponents. NFS: HP is due out in mid-November and CVG indicates that they will have an advanced review posted on Monday (11/8/2010).
